Mindfulness meditation incorporates a variety of methods and techniques to help the body and mind relax, reduce stress and let go. There is no right or wrong way to meditate.  Meditation encourages living in the moment, quiet reflection, going comfortably with the flow of life and accepting that everything is as it is meant to be in this moment.
