Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique used for relaxation and stress reduction.  The Reiki practitioner lays their hands either above or on the body to encourage healthy flow of life force energy through the body.  Stress can contribute to slow or stagnate energy flow potentially contributing to disease.  Reiki helps keep energy strong and balanced, contributing to optimal health and wellness.
