Dr. Wilkinson’s February Mind / Body Reset

During the month of February, we will work together to start to change your mindset to handle stress and anxiety, to set and achieve goals, learn how you can use your food and lifestyle to boost your immune system, heal your gut and balance hormones (thyroid, stress and sex hormones) to optimize your metabolism and mood so you can live your best life possible.

It includes…

  1. During the first call we will assess what you want to achieve in the month and set goals! Blood work and a Body Assessment  might be recommended. 
  2. Two 30 minute calls a week with me to learn something new about your body system and keep accountability to achieve the goals you set for yourself.
  3. This also includes daily motivations and an accountability check in to be sure to keep you on track!
