To prepare for the session, take some time to reflect and write in your journal. Focus on setting your intentions —how do you want to feel most often, and what emotions or vibrations are no longer serving you that you’re ready to transform in 2025? This is a personal practice, so your journal entry will remain private, but the written words will flow into your energy body throughout the session, helping to align and release what no longer serves you.
