Dr. Heidi Breiter, ND

Heidi Breiter, ND has a passion in helping people who may have received a medical diagnosis or might not feel well, and want to get answers and get to the root cause in order to heal. Her interest is general concerns, mental health including anxiety and mood regulation and stress reduction, weight management, and also gastrointestinal concerns, bloating and unexplained fatigue, immune support, and helping alleviate the symptoms. She understands that digestion is a foundational step to any health transformation. Further, it is important to establish the root cause so that symptoms are mitigated, not masked. Her mission is to heal the whole person through individualized treatment. She believes we can co-operate with the healing power of nature, working with the self-healing systems of the body to “set the stage” for healing.

Her inspiration for naturopathic medicine stems from the belief that humans have an innate self-healing capacity that responds to efforts to support it. Nature provides us with the means to do so. She combines current scientific research, evidence, and centuries of healing wisdom.
