Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher Elena (Lena) is a compassionate and intuitive healer dedicated to supporting transformation on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. With a heart-centered approach, she gently guides individuals to release deep-seated energetic blockages, fears, and limiting beliefs, creating space for healing, growth, and renewed vitality.

Since 2021, Lena has empowered clients to overcome challenging patterns and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others. She is a passionate advocate for the profound impact of gradual energetic release through Reiki, helping clients unlock resilience and inner peace.

At the core of her practice is a commitment to giving back. Lena volunteers as an energy healer for cancer patients and their caregivers, providing loving support through some of life’s most difficult journeys.

Lena’s own spiritual path was profoundly accelerated by the loss of her husband in 2020, awakening her to a deeper purpose and calling. She has devoted herself to learning, practicing, and teaching Reiki, alongside other holistic modalities like sound healing and spiritual coaching. Grateful for the opportunity to share her heart-led healing practice, Lena invites others to experience the transformative power of energy medicine and self-discovery.
