This intimate group session includes chakra balancing, aura cleansing, nervous system downregulation with crystal sound bowls and gong, and gentle movement to open the heart and awaken flow. Held at the serene Lemon Water Wellness in the Distillery District, this is a sacred opportunity to bring your best self and set a clear intention for the year ahead.

Lena is an intuitive Reiki Master and energy healer who combines the power of Reiki with vibrational sound and intuitive guidance to help others find peace, release outdated patterns, and reconnect with their inner light. She has experienced heightened intuition and energetic sensitivity since a young age. Reiki is not just her practice—it’s her calling. Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, journal, pen, and water

What to wear: Comfortable, breathable clothing. Light layers are recommended, as the body can cool slightly during deep meditation. Eye pillow (optional).
