Join Lena, Reiki Master and Teacher, for a deeply restorative and heart-opening Reiki & Sound Bath experience, honoring the energy of renewal, rebirth, and new beginnings.
This gathering is an invitation to release the old, awaken to fresh energy, and reconnect with your inner light. A space to soften, reset, and step into a new chapter with clarity and openness.
You will be guided into a meditative state while immersed in the soothing vibrations of sound bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments, with Reiki energy woven throughout the experience. This session supports energetic clearing, chakra balancing, and nervous system regulation, allowing for deep release and gentle realignment of body, mind, and spirit.

What to wear:
Comfortable, breathable clothing. Light layers are recommended as the body can cool during deep meditation. Eye pillow optional. (lemonwaterwellness.ca)

About the Facilitator
Lena is an intuitive Reiki Master Teacher and energy healer who combines Reiki with vibrational sound and intuitive guidance to help others find peace, release outdated patterns, and reconnect with their inner light. She offers a grounded, heart-centered space for healing and transformation.
